Conference Objectives:
- Describe the national data on the occurrence of domestic violence among Alaska Native /American Indian women.
- Define at least five (5) domestic violence culturally appropriate prevention strategies
- Describe both the physical, emotional and spiritual trauma that occurs when Alaska Native/American Indian women are targets of abuse
- Define the tribal and community resources and tools available to Alaska Native American Indian women when domestic violence occurs
